Job Brief:
- Recording transactions, payments and expenses and processing invoices.
- Creating and processing invoices. Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
- Sending bills and invoices to clients
- Tracking organization expenses
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 2 years of experience
- Able to work well within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Solid analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
