- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through various channels like phone calls, emails, social media accounts and etc.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Knowledge in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Both verbal and written)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Digital savvy
